    • Notify users if a fax has failed to send.

      We have no way of telling if a fax has failed to send without manually checking within our inbox. We are a very large practice and send thousands of faxes each day and this is something that is too cumbersome to manage manually.

      • Ability to change onboarding process for new patients vs follow up appointments

        We would like to gather all onboarding information for new patients.

        However, for follow up appointments, we would like to simply have them answer a few questions and sign consent forms.

        Can we have the option to assign the FULL onboarding process for new patients and then assign an abbreviated onboarding process for all follow up appointments.

        • Automatically fax locked chart notes to referring providers

          We have a very large specialty practice that is driven by provider referrals. Currently we fax all of our notes to our referring providers manually. It would be very helpful to have a button (or an easier way) to fax these chart notes to a given patient's referring provider.

            A next button needs to be created under the list of appointments so that you are able to view all appointments scheduled for the patient.

            • A report showing all PTs that DO NOT have any future APPT scheduled

              It is difficult to track who needs a followup APPT and who is already on the calendar. It would be really helpful (and I think simple) to add a report to show what patients DO NOT have any future appt scheduled. Currently, whenever I have a few minutes, I like to call outstanding patients and book followups. Right now, the prep time to figure out who I need to call is really really long. Please add this report! Thanks a bunch.

              • make it easier for patients to update their medications during onpatient check-in

                Currently, patients must manually type in their medication updates when checking in through onpatient. It would be very convenient for them to be able to utilize a check list to quickly edit their medications. We're finding that this is a very time consuming portion of the patient check-in through iPads.

                • Labs need to populate into a note.

                  Most EMR's I have worked with in the past have this capability. This will allow for consult notes sent to other providers and H/P's sent to hospitals to have the labs coordinated in the appropriate fashion under the lab section of the note.

                    Please add a No Response category to Claim Status. Payers are required to respond to submitted claims within 30 days of receipt of the claim. It would be very helpful for our billing team to be able to determine which claims simply have not been responded to in a timely manner. This category would include all claims that have not received a denial, rejection, or ERA within 30 days of submission (electronically) or 45 days from a paper claim (to ensure time for the mail to be received.)                     • GIVE OPTION FOR A REMINDER WHEN PATIENT MISSES AN APPOINTMENT!!!!. IN CHIRO BUSINESS IS BASED ON PATIENT TRACKING SO THIS IMPERATIVE !!!!

                      We need an option for a reminder ( email or sms ) for when a patient misses an appointment. CHiropractics is based on return patients and that's where our money comes from is returning patients. Tracking the patients and reminding them they need to reschedule or that they are off track from their care plan is essential. By not having this feature its cause a LOT of extra work for our office to keep this going and is almost a deal breaker for us looking at different software. Please consider this essential and necessary feature that is so desperately needed.

                            resized text boxes should remain resized when the page is refreshed in the webapp. Reading of long data entries requires a lot of box resizing.

                            • We would like to be able to access the documents from where you click on the actual appointment in the tabs at the top.

                              When you open up an appointment and there are all those tabs at the top such as billing and so on... is there a way for Chrono to build in a "documents" tab for quick access to upload and view a patients documents? That would be super helpful and save time!

                              • Option for making the vitals persistent for multiple visits on the same day for a patient.

                                Sometimes the same patient has two different appointment types on the same day/same time just because they are getting two different services done. For example if Jeff is coming in today at 1pm and wants both Botox and a Vitamin Injection we have to create two different appointments on the calendar, so his name is seen twice...SO...

                                If I Start Visit for Botox and input vitals.... those vitals DO NOT show up when I Start Visit for Vitamin Injections.

                                Is there a way to make that happen? Vitals will be the same for a patient, so we want to eliminate…

                                  Add a payment indicator on self pay patients. That way you can see they made a payment on their appointment profile at a glance just like you can see when a copay is made.

                                    We've been waiting 2 months for you to make RTE work for one of our providers. I've been paying you full price in that time.

                                    While this is the most egregious offense, overall response is slow and frustrating.

                                    I don't know what happened in your help ticket department in the last 2-3 months, but the way things are currently, I certainly wouldn't recommend Dr. Chrono to my colleagues.

                                    • Be able to edit patient's chart ID number

                                      When taking a new patient over the phone, you get some misspellings of their names, and the chart number is made from the misspelled name. The ability to edit the chart ID would be great so that the chart number reflects the correct spelling of their name.

                                      • Is anyone using a template to track HEDIS measures?? We struggle to make the CDS rules work well for our practice.

                                        I would love to talk to other users who successfully track HEDIS quality measures using drchrono. I find the CDS rules difficult to utilize. I have begun building my own persistent template to track HEDIS measures, but would be so helpful to talk to other users who have attempted this.

                                          As a manager, I would like to be able to track my employees productivity within Dr. Chrono.
                                          For example, I would like to be able to track what each user has done. Currently, the Productivity Report only shows Productivity for doctors.
