Our chart ID is a system-generated alphanumeric code that we use to help identify patients and their related appointments.

    • Edit patient chart on iPad from readily visible list of previous appointments

Currently on the iPad, to edit an office visit within the patients chart, after selecting the patient, you must go into their history, see the date of the visit you want, exit their chart, go to "change date", select the person from the new list, go back into the patient chart and then make changes. Instead of all these steps, you should be able to select the visit notes from the persons history and immediately be able to edit.

I believe this request relates to an older version of our iPad EHR and the current workflow doesn’t have this problem. Please submit a new idea if this is not the case!

      • Keep track of patient's preventative care appointments

Should DrChrono.com keep track of preventative care appointments for patients? Patients would be able to login and based upon their demographics, they would be told the preventative health care they should be getting based on their age and health profile. They could setup a profile that would send them DrChrono.com reminders when they should be doing something about their preventative health care milestones.

Our integration with Demandforce can help you set up follow up reminders for your patients to make sure they’re scheduled in advance.

You can certainly create an appointment profile for your specific preventive care visit and track the number of those appointments using the Reports tool in drchrono.
