  1. save and add another options for flags & problems

    Many of our patients have multiple flags and multiple problems. It would be beneficial if you had the 'save and add another' option for them like you do the medication field.

      If a patient buys a 3 mo. testosterone package, every time he comes in for a shot, it needs to deduct from his package so you know when his last shot it. We've been told Remmy is working on this months ago, but no update since. Mindbody does this with their packages and it's wonderful and such an efficient way to know when the patient owes again.

          When we receive a fax and open it in the message center it says that it is assigned to the provider. But unless the assigned button is pressed it won't assign it. So we would like to know if there is a way that Dr Chrono can make a chart or tab so that everything is assigned to that chart so later on we can go back and if we missed anything make sure it is assigned to the provider. We would really like to discuss this further so it can serve as our checks and balances.

              YOUR OFFICE IS A JOKE AS I AM STILL GETTING BILLS FROM THE TESTING CENTER WHEN YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM AND TELL THEM WHAT WAS PAID IS WHAT THEY GET.

                  It would be great to have a follow up visit check-in button. The check-in now is great for first visits but is tedious and slow for follow up visits especially for chiropractors who see 15 people in an hour. It would be great to have another button with a persistent form where patients can update their subjective complaints every visit. Right now it just takes too long. This would allow you to compete with every other software that does this right now. When I signed up for chrono you made it sound like you have the feature but its nothing…

                    Billing Status - We have the same billing profile (HCPCS code) across all members and once they attend (check-in), we need to bill the insurance company. We would like the following feature setup for our account:

                    (a) Member check-in's daily at our facility.
                    (b) Upon check-in, drChrono to update the appointment billing status to 'Bill Insurance' automatically.

                    This will remove manual intervention required to modify the appointment's billing status from blank to "Bill Insurance" for each member on a daily basis. We have anywhere to 50 patients attending our facility daily.

                    Can you check the feasibility of having this feature…

                    • Website layout: reserve space instead of rearranging on-the-fly (where possible)

                      Some examples:

                      On the Schedule Appointment modal (/appointments) and Patient Demographics (/patient_demographics) reserve space for the warning flags instead of pushing everything else down a second after the modal appears.

                      On every page with the patient header, reserve space for CDS warnings instead of rearranging the page later. (/patient_demographics, /misc/patient_appointments, /misc/patient_documents, etc.)

                      On smaller screens, reserve space at the bottom of the appointment schedule (/appointments) so that the vertical scrollbar appears - otherwise the appointment preview will cause the vertical scrollbar to displace the page layout.

                      • Allergy Reaction List - danger - eRx misses allergic reaction to generic when brand name is listed

                        We have a patient flagged 1 1/2 years ago as allergic to LevoFlaxacin. drchrono appears to have missed the allergic reaction to levaquin.

                        An eRx was entered for the generic levaquin and NO ALERT was given by drchrono in the preview. We also just re-entered levaquin into the chart.

                        Noticed that the screen changed both entries to levaquin and now generates the correct warning flag

                        Allergic med reactions need to pick up the generic and brand name regardless of which way it was entered. We have entered both names --however this is a medication error waiting to happen.

                            It would be a great help to our clinic if the schedule could automatically refresh periodically. That way communication will improve between the front desk and back office as notes (cancellations, arrivals, checked in, etc.) are made on various patients.

                              We've been waiting 2 months for you to make RTE work for one of our providers. I've been paying you full price in that time.

                              While this is the most egregious offense, overall response is slow and frustrating.

                              I don't know what happened in your help ticket department in the last 2-3 months, but the way things are currently, I certainly wouldn't recommend Dr. Chrono to my colleagues.

                                When taking a new patient over the phone, you get some misspellings of their names, and the chart number is made from the misspelled name. The ability to edit the chart ID would be great so that the chart number reflects the correct spelling of their name.

                                • Enable better editing / erasing in a free draw that has been copied from a previous chart note.

                                  The free draw from the previous chart note is included when I copy a previous note into my chart. At this time you can draw on top of this copied free draw but you cannot erase parts of the drawing from the previous note. It would save a lot of time if I could erase or "white out" parts of the previous free draw.

                                    We need to be able to add a late fee. Most providers that I personally go to have an option to add interest. We use a percentage not a flat fee so a custom code wont work. It would also only work if we can see how long ago they received their first statement. So maybe we could have two columns or a search filter option to view statements (date of first sent statement, and date of last sent statement.)

                                    We add interest 30 days after first statement. So we need that option.

                                    Also statements should be separated by encounter…

                                      We need to be able to send statements 3 times. However the statement counter doesnt differentiate between which date of service was sent. I think there should be either a reset option, or the option to send the statement by "encounter".

                                      EVERY date of service should be able to be sent individually if selected rather than as a whole.
                                      We use a 3rd party collection company so it creates problems when we try to send a statement for a new visit and it automatically adds the statement for the old visit. By law we can not be sending statements when…

                                      • make a change for replying to onpatient messages. the box that opens up above patient's message should be the reply box - not a notes box.

                                        We were having issues with the onpatient messaging, our replies to a patient were not going through. After doing some tests we figured out that when you have a message sent by a patient through onpatient that the box which one would think you are writing a reply in is actually a box for notes about the conversion, hence the "add" button next to the box that says "notes" in it - i wish i noticed these when i was sending replies as the "notes" disappears once you start typing in the box - and "add" could mean add this…
