I suggest you ...

fix the mobile website or add to the iphone app the ability to access MESSAGES

The iphone app does not let me access messages. When I go to the website on my phone browser, it loads in a way that doesn't let me READ any of the messages.

This seems like a really glaring absence, it terms of features.

Frustrated that this still doesn't work for iphone. I can't imagine anyone who does their chart notes on a dinky little phone screen. But responding to patient messages on the go IS something one would do from their phone. So why doesn't it work yet?

You still cannot access messages from iphone app. You're talking about ipad app which is still the same. It's been like that for a while and does need fixing, but iphone app is completely missing the feature

you can now access patient messages from the app and you can send them; what is lacking is the ability to send a message directly from within the patient chart. Instead, you have to go into the message center in order to create a new message to your patient. We would like to be able to generate a new message to a patient from within their chart in the ipad version to eliminate the extra work. We have also noticed you cannot attach an item from the patient chart if you are sending a message from the desktop version; the only attachments you can send have to be directly uploaded from your computer. It seems like common sense to be able to attach a document from the chart to a message...

How is this still not fixed? There’s no way to access messages from iPhone. The app doesn’t have messages and the website is broken

Please fix messaging functionality for mobile apps! The iPhone app does not have any messaging functionality. iPad app has a messaging center where I can read patient messages and respond, but there is no way to write a new message for a patient, nor is there anyway to read all messages from/to a patient like the website. Please improve the mobile apps so that they have full messaging functionality. You should be able to go to a patient's chart and see all messages and write a new message.

Seriously, Dr Chrono's priorities are nuts. Not being able to see/assign tasks or messages from our phones is ridiculous.

I am using the most updated version, and I don't see a way to access tasks/messages on the iOS app, either! If someone knows how to do this, please share!!

Are you using the most recent EHR app? They discontinued the EMR app a while ago.
