make it easier for patients to update their medications during onpatient check-in

Currently, patients must manually type in their medication updates when checking in through onpatient. It would be very convenient for them to be able to utilize a check list to quickly edit their medications. We're finding that this is a very time consuming portion of the patient check-in through iPads.

It is much too difficult to indicate which medications they no longer take. I understand we would need a text box to add new ones, but the patient needs an easy way to indicate with a check mark the meds that that still DO take or draw a line across the meds the no longer take. This is vital in our Pain Management clinic.
