Track Lab & Pathology & Imaging results - Log book

When a lab or pathology or an imaging study is ordered, drchrono should enter info into a log, which is required in most States, so that the result can be tracked. Other systems, such as EMA, have this feature.

Well, for Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp drchrono offers automated integration. They also integrated with a third party called Health Gorilla that handles radiology. You would need to contact your account manager at drchrono to discuss those integrations.

That being said manual entry of logs for radiology and imaging is found in the patient chart on the web EHR. They are on the left side as "Lab Orders" and "Imaging Orders". All these let you do is tell drchrono when you ordered the test, when the test came back, and what the results are - it's all manual.
